Bear Paw Restaurant (including pizza) and the Northwoods Pub & Grill operate seasonally. Confirm hours before you travel.
Basecamp for the area
Use the property as a White Lake base for nearby public forest, trails, and Wolf River recreation. The river is not on the resort - plan a short drive to access.

White Lake basecamp
Simple Northwoods lodging with easy access to river and forest recreation nearby - the river is a short drive, not a walk from your cabin. Stay, eat, and drink on the same grounds when the restaurant and bar are open.
What we are not
Clear expectations help guests plan the right trip.
- Not a chain hotel. Private cabins and chalets - hotel-style overnight stays without a chain brand.
- Not riverfront lodging. The Wolf River is nearby; access is typically about a 10-minute drive, not a walk from your cabin.
- Not a taxi or shuttle. Book on property if you want to walk back from the bar when open.
- Not online food ordering. Dining is walk-in when the kitchen is open.
- Not a river outfitter fleet. Rafting and rentals are third-party - see Partners and Activities.

No. Bear Paw does not run a river guide fleet, kayak rental fleet, or shuttle. For area outfitters and gear, start with Activities and Partners.
Can I book online?
Yes. Use Search Availability for cabins, chalets, group lodging, and open campsites. Full payment at booking and a standard two-night minimum apply to online reservations - see Terms on the site.
Is the restaurant open year-round?
No. The restaurant and bar are seasonal. Lodging still books year-round. Confirm hours on the Restaurant and Bar pages or by phone before you travel.
